Returns & Refund
30-days Return:
Return within 30 days from the purchase date(Underwear is not eligible for a 30-day return).
Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Provide valid proof of purchase. Under these conditions, we do not charge return fees. However, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs and customs fees for the return journey of the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used, damaged, altered products, or items without original packaging.
No brand hangtag. Clearance or sale items.
Bedding and clothing: No hang tags, signs of wear, odors, intentional stains, intentional damage.
Towels and bathrobes: No hang tags, signs of use, intentional stains, intentional damage.
Underwear is not eligible for a 30-day return.
Return Process:
- Please contact us at info@momotar.com and provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once we verify that the product meets the return conditions (eligible for the above 30-day return criteria), we will provide you with the return address via email. We do not charge return fees, but as we ship from our warehouse in China, if you wish to return the product, you will need to cover the shipping costs for both outbound and return journeys, including customs fees for both trips. These fees will be deducted from the final refund (once our warehouse in China receives and inspects the product without any issues). These costs will also be calculated by us (purchase implies acceptance of this clause).
- Upon receiving the return address, please follow our return process to return the product. You cannot return it directly to our warehouse in China. Typically, it should be sent to our local transit warehouse first, and then returned to our warehouse in China from there.
- Upon receiving the product, if we find signs of wear, odors, or other issues, we may reject your refund entirely or refund only 20% to 80%, depending on the situation.
- After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days.
- Once your refund is processed, it will be returned to your original payment account within 1-5 business days (the exact refund timing depends on the payment company you used at the time).
Warranty and Defective Products:
Contact us immediately for defective items; we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
